Personalization Guide

Make it yours—city, year, crew names, and more. This guide explains what you can customize, how to submit it, and how we proof & print.

Open your product and fill the **Personalization** fields (City, Year, Names, etc.).
Check spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
You MUST fill in each line if personalization is offered. Even if you want it exactly like the version shown on the page, you have to type it out. Your cart should reflect the final product. A preview will automatically default to the page image but will be left blank on the final product if nothing is input.
If you have multiple items with different names, add each item to cart separately with its own personalization.
Special requests? Use the **Order notes** at cart or reply to your order email.

We support standard letters (A–Z), numbers, and basic punctuation. Accents/diacritics are supported on printed items; etched items may be limited.

Most items use standardized layouts and don’t require a proof. You are creating on screen what will be sent to printer.

Typos & Spelling: We print exactly what you submit. Please proofread names, dates, and locations.
All-caps vs. Script: We may adjust letter spacing for readability in all-caps.
Color: Minor screen-to-print variation is normal.
Edits after purchase: Allowed only before production begins—reply to your order email ASAP with your order #.
Returns: Personalized items are made just for you and are final sale, except for defects/damage.

Can you use my artwork? For simple one-color logos or text, yes. Reply to your order email with a high-res PNG/SVG.
Do you support accents (é, ñ)? Printed items: yes. Etched items: limited—ask first.
