These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for any matter not subject to arbitration below.

16) Dispute Resolution — Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver; Small-Claims Option

• Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, email info@girlstripgoods.com with a brief description and order number (if any). We’ll try to resolve within 30 days.

• Binding Arbitration. If not resolved, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act applies.

• No Class Actions. You and Girls Trip Goods may bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, not as a class member or representative. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over a representative/class proceeding.

• Venue & Fees. Arbitration will occur by video/telephone or in Denver County, Colorado, unless we both agree otherwise. AAA rules will govern fees; where required, we’ll pay consumer filing/admin fees.

• Small-Claims Court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Denver County, Colorado instead of arbitration.

• Injunctive Relief. A court of competent jurisdiction (not the arbitrator) may decide claims seeking public injunctive relief where required by law.

• Opt-Out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing info@girlstripgoods.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name and address.

17) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. We’ll post updates here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

18) Severability & Waiver

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver.
