Returns & Exchanges — Girls Trip Goods
We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns work.
What’s Returnable
- Non-personalized items: Return within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Customer pays return shipping.
What’s Final Sale
- Personalized/Custom items: Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- If there’s a problem with a personalized item (misprint, defect, damaged in transit), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return (Non-Personalized Items)
- Find your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Email info@girlstripgoods.com with subject “Return Request – Order #[number]”.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship your item(s) back using your preferred carrier. Please include the order number inside the box and keep your tracking.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (see timing below).
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Refund Timing
- Allow 3-5 business days after delivery to our return address for inspection and processing.
- Your bank/credit card may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email info@girlstripgoods.com within 3 days with:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue

We’ll help with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom products
Return Shipping Address
We’ll provide the correct return address when you submit your request (it may vary by item).
